What has changed in the realm, newest first.

A faster start

2 October 2026 · version 0.30

The game shows a loading screen while it sets out, instead of a blank page.
Starting up takes less than half the time it did, and the game is smaller to download. Coming back, your browser keeps it until there is a new version.
Scenery far away is left out until you come near, so a busy view draws faster.

The city of Lanster has been taken off the map. Anyone who left the game there wakes on the beach.

The clerk at House Marlowe's trading house in Falbridge writes coupons: one slip for 100, 500 or 1000 of logs, ores, bars, fish, food, gems, remains, hides and the like.
Coupons stack, so a thousand logs fit in one slot and can change hands in a single trade. They are made from your bank and redeemed into it.
No fee — for now. The clerk would like you to know he finds this generous.

Farms line the road between Clyffside and the Port of Falbridge: a cabbage farm, a sheep farm, a chicken farm and a dairy farm with its barn.
Chickens, at last. They drop raw chicken and a handful of feathers — just what a trout fisher needs.
The farmers will tell you what they grow, who buys it and what they think of the weather.

Every item has a new, larger icon: weapons, armour, bows and arrows, ores and bars, jewellery, fish, food, pots and jugs, tools and shards.
A pot or jug of something now shows what is in it, instead of turning the whole pot that colour.
Lobsters and sharks have icons of their own, raw, cooked and burnt, instead of looking like any other fish.
Stack counts read like 1.24k and 1.54m once a stack passes a thousand. Examine a stack for the exact number.
Swordfish: harpoon them in deep water from Angling level 50, and cook them from level 45. They heal 14.

1 October 2026 · version 0.25

Houses line the Falbridge market now, and on the hill to the north stands a stone church with its priest and a graveyard.
More angling: nets and bait along the pier and by the fishing shop, harpoons and cages off the pier's far ends.
The Salted Anchor, a sailors' tavern by the east road: beer, rum, wine and stew, sailors with stories to tell, and a range in the corner to cook your catch.
A new east quay with cranes, warehouses and a merchant brig at its moorings, and a lighthouse at the end of its jetty.
House Marlowe keeps its trading house on the quay. Its clerk will be delighted to look down on you.
Trout: fly fishing with a rod and feathers from Angling level 20. The fishing shop sells feathers, and they stack now.

The harbour has a name: the Port of Falbridge.
Its market is busier: a baker, a gem trader, a herbalist, a metal trader, a fishmonger, a leatherworker and a shard seller, each behind a stall of their own.
You can steal from the stalls, if your Larceny is up to it: bread at 5, gems at 45. Mind the trader — get caught and you get nothing but a telling-off, and a moment to think about it.

The game has a new name: Wayfarer's Realm. Runmere is still there — it is the village by the river, as it always was.
